Yes. You may choose to attend virtually (via Zoom) or in person at one of our classroom locations. Both formats follow the same 6-hour curriculum and qualify for court acceptance.

Yes. Upon finishing the course, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion. This can be submitted to the court, your attorney, or your probation officer. We can also send a copy directly upon request.

Depending on scheduling, some courts allow the course to be taken in multiple shorter sessions, while others require one continuous session. We recommend checking your court’s instructions or contacting us to confirm your options.

The course is designed and mandated for anyone convicted of Driving Under The Influence (DUI), Possession of Illegal Drugs (PID), Boating Under The Influence (BUI), and Underage Possession of Alcohol while Operating a Motor Vehicle

The course includes:

• A mandatory clinical assessment

• A 20-hour intervention program taught over multiple sessions

• Evidence-based curriculum on alcohol and drug risk, decision-making, and behavior change

• A certificate of completion accepted by courts and DDS

Yes. Upon finishing the course, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion. This can be submitted to the court, your attorney, or your probation officer or DDS for reinstatement.

• Sat and Sun 9am - 6pm 
• Mon 6 - 10pm

Enrolled participants must complete the mandatory 20-hour class before collecting a Certificate of Completion.
